Why I can’t sign up?

If you’re experiencing issues while creating an EZSell account, try these steps to troubleshoot:

· Make sure you don’t already have an account created with the same email address.
· Make sure the password you’re attempting to set is strong.
· If you’re signing up through Facebook, make sure you’re providing access to the requested details.
· Make sure you’re using the latest version of an EZSell app and that you have good wi-fi or network signal.
· Make sure you’re entering the correct email and password for your Google account.

How to change my location ?

In order to change your location follow these steps:

  • Go your profile at the right bottom of your page.
  • Tap on the View & Edit on the top of the page.
  • Specify all the necessary details mentioned there.
  • You can find a location at the bottom of the page.
  • Tap on it and change your location accordingly and save the changes.
