How can I find order confirmation for my products?

You will be getting an email after every successful order confirmation. If not follow the steps below:

· Go to your profile at the right bottom of your screen.
· Tap the setting icons.
· Tap “ Order Confirmation”
· Here you can find both the current and past orders details.

If your issue is not solved, contact us and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do to solve your issue.

How Can I Edit My Product ?

Once you have already posted your product. You can also edit the product and its details by following these steps :

  1. Click on the product image.
  2. You can find the edit option on the screen below.
  3. There appears a pop-up, click continue.
  4. After clicking on the same option the fields to be edited appears.
  5. After changing the required areas of your product, don’t forget to click submit.

Why I can’t sign up?

If you’re experiencing issues while creating an EZSell account, try these steps to troubleshoot:

· Make sure you don’t already have an account created with the same email address.
· Make sure the password you’re attempting to set is strong.
· If you’re signing up through Facebook, make sure you’re providing access to the requested details.
· Make sure you’re using the latest version of an EZSell app and that you have good wi-fi or network signal.
· Make sure you’re entering the correct email and password for your Google account.

Why was my product removed?

You can buy and sell almost anything on EZSell, under some terms and conditions. Make sure you’re not attempting to post something that’s prohibited or illegal. We remove products flagged as duplicates if you post them several times, and also if the images have been posted by other sellers. We do not encourage the usage of stock images that might have been downloaded or used by others.

If your listing has been removed but you haven’t posted it repeatedly and it’s not on the list of prohibited items, please get in touch with our Customer Care team so they can review your product. Feel free to contact us, we are available 24/7.
